  • Do you offer free consultations?
    Yes, we offer a free consultation via phone or video appointment. Go to "Schedule an Appointment" in our menu and select "Initial Consultation" to set up our call or video meeting.
  • How much is a session?
    A 50 minute video session or call is $100. Select "Schedule an Appointment" to book your session.
  • Do accept insurance for payment?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We ask that all clients cancel there appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled sessions. You can login to the "Client Portal" to cancel and reschedule your session.
  • I am having a hard time finding a time that works for me Can you help?
    Yes, while we are busy supporting other clients, we can always work with you to try and find days and times that work best for you. If you are a first time customer, call 619.566.6619 or send Tracy an email at tracy@teletherapyhealth.com.
